All That Glitters Is Gold! (“Alles Gold … was glänzt!”)
is an initiative by Berlin goldsmiths: an exhibition of contemporary jewellery in the historic Löwenpalais.
The Löwenpalais stands in Grunewald, Berlin’s former artists’ colony; it has been the home of the Stiftung Starke since 1988 and a venue for temporary art exhibitions.
Once a year, 14 goldsmiths present their work there.
Shaped by their differing craft backgrounds – whether through refined specialist techniques of a centuries-old craft or scholarships abroad – these artists create individual pieces of jewellery in styles ranging from classical to timelessly modern.
