From “El Obispo” of 1994, through mysteriously erotic tableaux of women, to current portraits, the Löwenpalais shows the oil-on-canvas works. Complex viewpoints and an alternation between transparent and strong colour values can be found in his work, as can strong contrast with black, which gives his paintings an architectural quality of form and a very dynamic effect.
