Selected II, “Universities Choose”

Exhibition title: “Don’t Mention the War”

14 Norwegian artists from the Statens Kunstakademi Oslo

“Don’t mention the war!” has by now become a catchphrase in dealings between Norwegians and Germans. The memories of the time of the German occupation in the land of the fjords should not needlessly cloud the by now good relations between the two peoples. And when the saying now even becomes the motto of an exhibition, this is not meant without irony.

The students will present their artistic view of the exchange and the misunderstandings between different cultures.
