Young Art II, “Shrill”

27 April – 12 May 2001

Young Art II, “Shrill”

Off-off art, industrial art, neon art, surrealist visions and performances

Supporting artists in many ways in realising their ideas and projects is one of the main concerns of the Stiftung Starke. Above all, young, talented artists whose career so far has already been marked by serious endeavour, and who are still fighting for recognition, are to be supported in their further activities by the Stiftung Starke.

On 6 April 2001 the exhibition series “Young Art I–XII” (“Junge Kunst I-XII”) began here at the Löwenpalais.

The opening of “Young Art II – Shrill” (“Junge Kunst II – Schrill”) will take place on 27 April 2001 at Koenigsallee 30/32.

Installations by Wolfgang Spahn, Bastiaan Maris and Colette present light objects from the underground, off-off art, neon art, surreal visions and performances.
