Junge Kunst Berlin “The Abstract View”
3–4 November 2018

Ladies and gentlemen,
dear friends of the arts and of the Stiftung Starke,
together with Junge Kunst Berlin we warmly invite you to the opening of the exhibition
THE ABSTRACT VIEW
on Friday, 2 November 2018 at 7 pm at the Löwenpalais.
Works by Keren Shalev, Regina Nieke, Cecilia Pape, Carolin Israel and Marta Djourina will be on show.
In the exhibition “The Abstract View”, Junge Kunst Berlin presents a selection of abstract positions. Alongside the diffuse landscapes of Regina Nieke, Cecilia Pape shows clearly constructed pictorial spaces that correspond wonderfully with the sculptures of the Israeli artist Keren Shalev. Carolin Israel shows new, intensely coloured works that are hung like installations, while Marta Djourina sets light drawings on photographic paper against them. Five artists, each with her own formal language – The Abstract View.
