“Chasing the Origin”

The concept of this exhibition follows the idea of a triad that asks about the existential groundings of our being. Of course, this is more than comparable curatorial non-starters based on the principle of “three rooms, three artists”. It is an exhibition that wants to speak of the longing for depth and originality. In this respect it seeks the quiet tone and the visitor who is ready for inner contemplation. It is by no means averse to the festive, only it does not intend to celebrate it in cheerful, grotesque turbulence. If you think of Delacroix and his motto “A feast for the eyes”, you are on the right track.
