Über den Künstler

am a new artist based in Berlin. My artistic practice began in 2025 as an intuitive journey of self-discovery.

I discovered drawing last year, after breaking my leg. During a period when I was suddenly unable to do many of the things I loved, art became my way of expressing what I could not put into words. In that forced pause, a new part of me began to speak.

My work is intuitive, raw and alive. I am not interested in reproducing reality — photography already does that. What fascinates me is the fleeting moment: the impulse, the emotion, the movement that exists only for an instant.

I work without a fixed plan. I allow my hand to respond to what I feel in the moment, following sensation rather than intention. I try to capture movement before the mind has time to correct, analyse or control it. Each mark becomes a direct response to an inner state.

I began experimenting with acrylic and ink, exploring how colour, gesture and movement could become a language of their own. Through this process, I discovered that I do not need to know exactly where a work is going. Sometimes the most honest image emerges when I allow myself not to know.

My paintings are therefore not representations of external reality. They are traces of an internal experience — spontaneous encounters between emotion, colour, movement and material.
